Disciplinary Commission held on 27th September 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Robert Powell (Official) Brickfield Rangers FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Powell will serve a two (2) match touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 16th September, 2010.  Fine £10.00.

2. Penycae Football Club charged with failure to control a spectator from using abusive and provocative behaviour.  The case was proven.  Penycae Football Club will be fined £60.00.

2. Shaun Dailey of Penycae FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute, by using insulting and improper language to the Referee Mr Paul Roberts.  Fiine £10.00, with a match suspension of two (2) commencing on Saturday 16th October, 2010.

4. Arwyn Jones (Official) of Ruthin Town FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive and abusive language to Referee.  Fine £70.00, with a two (2) touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 16th October, 2010.

Disciplinary Commission held on 1st October 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Huw Rowlands of Rhos Aelwyd FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, abusive language to Referee. Secondly, a charge of entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee.  Thirdly, a charge of threatening and intimidating behaviour towards the Referee.  1st and 3rd charges were not proven but the charge of entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee was proven.  Mr Rowlands will serve a touchline suspension of two (2) matches commencing on Saturday 16th October, 2010.  A fine imposed of £60.00.

2. Christopher Belton of Bowling Green was charged with playing whilst serving a suspension imposed by NEWFA.  The case was proven.  Mr Belton will serve a two match suspension after he has paid an outstanding fine of £109.00.  Imposed a fine of £10.00.

3. Alex Painter-Thompson of Overton Recreational FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to Referee.  Mr Painter-Thompson will be fined £40.00, with a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 16th October, 2010.

4. John Hignett of Swan Inn, Rhostyllen FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by showing continuous dissent towards the Assistant Referee.   The case was proven.  Mr Hignett will be fined £50.00, with a touchline suspension of two (2) matches commencing on Sunday 17th October, 2010.

Disciplinary Commission held on 11th October 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Mr Ryan Simpson of Borras Park Albion charged with an assault on Match Referee.  The case was proven, and Mr Simpson will be suspended for 14 matches, of which 10 will be suspended until 1st November, 2011.  Four (4) match suspension will commence on Saturday 23rd October, 2010. 
Mr Simpson will pay a fine of £40.00.

2. Red Lion Marford Football Club charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and improper language by an official after the completion of the match.  Secondly, charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and improper language by spectators to the Match Referee.  First charge was proven, second not proven.
Red Lion Marford FC will be warned about their future conduct.  Fined £60.00.

Disciplinary Commission held on 1st November 2010
decided on the following:-

1.     Simon Tudor Penley FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute.  Case was proven.  Mr  Tudor will serve a three (3) match suspension commencing on Saturday 20th November, 2010.  He will be fined £20.00.

2.    Swan Inn and Brynteg Inn Football Club were charged with causing the abandonment of their match on Sunday 10th October, 2010.  The Referee did not turn up, therefore the case was dismissed for the two clubs.

3.    Mr Callum Sullivan of Ewloe Harriers JFC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute.  This was proven.  He will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 20th November, 2010, and warned about his future behaviour.

4.    Mr Daniel Sullivan of Ewloe Harriers JFC was charged with entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee, and provocative behaviour towards the Referee.  Both cases were proven.  Mr Sullivan Manager of Ewloe Harriers JFC U13 section will be warned about his duty of care to his young players, and must be careful in future about his actions.  He will be fined £50.00.

5.    Mr Steven Halliwell of Red Lion Marford FC was charged with entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee, Secondly insulting and abusive language towards the Referee and Violent conduct.  Entering the field of play and violent conduct were dismissed but using insulting and abusive words was proven.  Mr Halliwell will serve a Four (4) match suspension commencing on Sunday 21st November, 2010.  He will be fined £30.00.

Disciplinary Commission held on 29th November 2010
decided on the following:-
1. Penycae Youth Football Club to be warned about their duty of care to young players, especially an Adult acting as a steward for a 15 year old Referee.  An official charged with bringing the game into disrepute.  Case proven. Penycae to pay £10.00

2. Bradley Park Football Club  charged with bringing the game into disrepute.  Spectators using insulting and abusive language to the Referee.   Case Proven.  Bradley Park will be fined £50.00.

3. Luke Jones of Johnstown Youth Football Club (Seniors) charged with bringing the game into disrepute by showing aggressive attitude and threatening behaviour towards the Referee.   Case Proven.   Luke Jones will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 18th December, 2010.  Mr Jones will pay £20.00.

4. Kyle Hazeldine of Borras Park Albion FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and abusive language to Referee and giving him a false name.  Cases proven.  Mr Hazeldine will serve a four (4) match suspension commencing on Saturday 18th December, 2010.  He will pay £40.00.

5. Brymbo Football Club charged with failure to control a supporter.  Case Proven.  Warned about duty to protect officials.  Fined £20.00.

6. Gareth Poole of Brymbo FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using improper language to Referee. Case was proven.  Mr Poole will serve a two (2) Match suspension commencing on Saturday 18th December, 2010.  Mr Poole will pay £30.00.

7. Garden Village Youth FC charged with failure to control supporters from abusive and provocative behaviour towards the Referee.  Case proven. Garden Village YFC will pay £50.00.

8. Craig Williams Official of Bradley Park FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case proven. Mr Williams will pay £50.00.

NORTH EAST WALES FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION  -  COMMISSION REPORTS

1. Ms Darwin Secretary of North Wales Women's Football League charged with bringing the game into disrepute for failing to comply with the following charge - Any Club League or Association wishing to terminate its' membership of the Association must give 21 days notice in writing of such intention to the Secretary of the Association.  This case was proven.  Ms Darwin will be fined £70.00 for the above charge, and a further £15.00 for not answering correspondence.

2. Penyffordd YFC charged with failing to control players, officials and supporters from using insulting language towards the Referee.  This case was proven.  Penyffordd YFC will be warned about their future conduct, and be fined £110.00.

3. Ruthin Town YFC charged with failing to control a supporter from using insulting and abusive language to an opposing player.  The Panel were satisfied with the action by Ruthin Town YFC Committee and will take no further action.

4. Daniel Skimmings of Red Dragon FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using violent conduct to a supporter of the opposition. This case was proven. Mr Skimmings will serve a ten (10) match suspension commencing on Sunday 9th January, 2011. Mr Skimmings will be fined £70.00.

5. Borras Park Albion YFC charged with failing to control Officials from using insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  The case was not proven.  No action to be taken against the Club.

6. Garden Village YFC charged with failing to control their supporters from using insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  This case was proven.  Garden Village YFC fined £70.00.

7. Jed Bell of Bridge Inn Pontblyddyn FC charged with playing under suspension with NEWFA.  This case was proven.  Mr Bell to be suspended for one (1) match commencing on Sunday 9th January, 2011.  Mr Bell fined £40.00.

8. Rhys Parry of Bridge Inn Pontblyddyn FC charged with playing under suspension with NEWFA.  This case was proven.  Mr Parry to be suspended for one (1) match commencing on Sunday 9th January, 2011.  Mr Parry to be fined £40.00.

9. Bridge Inn Pontblyddyn FC charged with playing eligible players in the NEWFA Sunday Challenge Cup.  This case was proven.  Bridge Inn will be fined £70.00.

1. Mr Steve Williams of Penycae FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and abusive language to the Match Referee.  This case was proven.  Mr Williams will be fined £50.00 with a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 29th Janaury, 2011.

2. Mr Shaun Dailey of Penycae FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting and abusive language to the Match Referee.  This case was proven.  Mr Dailey will be fined £30.00 with a five (5) match suspension commencing on Saturday 29th January, 2011.

3. Mr Ivor Williams Manager of Brymbo Res FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting language to the Match Referee.  This case was proven.  Mr Williams will be fined £30.00 with a touchline suspension of two (2) matches commencing on Saturday 29th January, 2011.

Mr Nicholas Hughes of Bowling Green FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Match Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Hughes will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Sunday 6th March, 2011.  He will also pay a fine of £60.00.

Bowling Green FC charged with playing members of their club whilst they were serving a suspension imposed by North East Wales FA.    This case was proven.  Bowling Green FC will be fined £20.00.

Mr Lee Duckett of Bowling Green FC charged with playing whilst serving a suspension imposed by North East Wales FA. This case was proven. Mr Duckett will serve a one (1) match suspension commencing on Sunday 6th March, 2011.  Mr Duckett will be fined £30.00.

Mr Kevin Bird of Bowling Green FC charged with playing whilst serving a suspension imposed by North East Wales FA.  This case was proven. Mr Bird will serve a one (1) match suspension commencing on Sunday 6th March, 2011.  He will pay a fine of £30.00.

Mr Dale Ford of Bowling Green FC charged with playing whilst under suspension imposed by the North East Wales FA.  After considering the written evidence the case against Mr Ford was dismissed.

Mr Matthew Dodd of Venture YFC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by refusing to give his name to the match Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Dodd will be fined £20.00.

Mr Curtis Crawford of Venture YFC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by refusing to give his name to the Match Referee. This case was proven. Mr Curtis will be warned about his future behaviour and pay a fine of £10.00.

Mr Jack Davies of Borras Park Rangers YFC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Match Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Davies will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 5th March, 2011.  He will pay a fine of £30.00.

Mr Neil Roberts an official of Cefn Druids FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting language .The case was proven.  Mr Davies will be fined £40.00, with no order for costs.  He will serve a two (2) match touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 2nd April, 2011.

Rhos Aelwyd YFC charged with failure of Club's Supporters to refrain from abusive and obscene language .  The case was proven.  Rhos Aelwyd Youth FC to warn supporters about their future conduct.   

Mr Mike Davies an official of Garden Village YFC charges with entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee.  A second charge of taking off his players from the field of play before the game was completed.  The case was proven.  Mr Davies will be fined £50.00.  Mr Davies will serve a two (2) match touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 2nd April, 2011.

Using offensive, insulting language to the Referee.  A second charge of entering the field of
Play without the permission of the Referee.  Both cases were proven.  Mr Evans will be fined
£40.00, and will serve a two (2) match touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 2nd
April, 2011.

Mr Christopher Parry of Castell Alun Colts FC was charged with playing whilst serving a suspension with
North East Wales FA.  The case was proven.  Mr Parry will be fined £50.00 with £20.00 costs

Mr Lloyd the Manager of the Moreton Inn FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using violent conduct towards one of his players.  The case was proven.  Mr Lloyd to be fined £50.00 and will serve a three (3) match touchline suspension commencing on Saturday 6th May, 2011.

Mr Worthington an official of Mynydd Isa YFC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using abusive behaviour to the Referee. The case was proven.  Mr Worthington to be fined £40.00, and a touchline suspension of three (3) matches commencing on Saturday 6th May, 2011.

Mr Steven Williams an official of Penycae FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Williams to be fined £60.00, and a touchline suspension of three (3) matches commencing on Saturday 6th May, 2011.

Mr Tommy Jones of The Burntwood FC charged with playing whilst serving a suspension with North East Wales FA.  The case was proven.  The Panel agreed to reduce his previous fines to £150.00 and NEWFA asks for full and final payment.  The Panel requested that the Deeside Sunday League withdraw Mr Jones' registration form until such time he pays his £150.00.

Mr Matthew Davies of Ruthin Town FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive and abusive language to the Referee and offering financial inducements if he agreed not to send his misconduct reports.  The case was not proven.

NORTH EAST WALES FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION  -  COMMISSION REPORTS

Rhosddu United YFC charged with causing the game between Bala U14 v Rhosddu U14 to be abandoned.  Case was proven.  Rhosddu United YFC to be warned about their future behaviour and fined £30.00.

Broughton Supersaints JFC charged with failing to control officials, and officials entering the field of play without permission and the use of offensive insulting abusive language.  The case was dismissed and no further action taken.

Mr Steven Kelly of Penley FC charged with using violent conduct on the Referee and using offensive, insulting and abusive language.  Case was proven.  Mr Kelly will be suspended for six (6) matches commencing at the beginning of the Season 2011-2012.  Mr Kelly will be fined £50.00.

Bala Youth FC charged with failure to control their players.  This case was not proven, therefore no action against Bala Youth FC.

Mr Jamie Williams of Acrefair Youth FC charged with assault, threatening behaviour and the use of offensive, insulting and abusive language.  The assault charge was not proven, but threatening behaviour and language was proven.  Mr Williams to be suspended for four (4) matches commencing at the beginning of the Season 2011-2012. Fined £60.00

E69  -  Acrefair YFC charged with the abandonment of the match v Brymbo on Saturday 7th May, 2011.  Secondly charged with failure to control players and officials.  Both cases were proved.  Acrefair YFC will be fined £30 and £50 respectively.

E72  -  Ryan Roberts Acting/Player Manager of Acrefair Reserves  v Brymbo on Saturday 7th May, 2011.  Ryan Roberts charged with threatening behaviour and the use of insulting, offensive and abusive language towards the match referee. The charge of threatening behaviour was not proved but insulting, offensive and abusive language was proved.  Mr Roberts will be fined £40.00, and will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing the 1st match of the season 2011-2012.

E71  -  Josh Williams of Acrefair YFC charged with threatening behaviour and the use of insulting, offensive and abusive behaviour towards the match referee v Brymbo on Saturday 7th May, 2011.  Both cases were proved.  Mr Williams will be fined £40.00 and be suspended for 5 matches commencing on the 1st match of the season 2011-2012.

E76  -  Sebastian Kidd Borras Park Albion Youth FC charged with failure to give his name to the match referee, and secondly,  the use of offensive, insulting and abusive language.  Mr Kidd will be fined £10.00 and will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing the 1st match of the season 2011-2012.

E75  -  Borras Park Albion YFC charged with failure to control players, supporters and officials and secondly causing the match to be abandoned v Coedpoeth U16 on Wednesday 18th May, 2011.  Both cases were proved.  Borras Park Albion YFC will be fined £40.00 and be warned about their future conduct.

E68  -  Daniel Binnersley of Cefn Druids charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the match referee.  Mr Binnersley will be fined £40.00 and suspended for two (2) matches commencing the 1st match of the season 2011-2012.

E59  Mr Darren Scott of Borras Park Albion FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the match referee.  The case was not proven, with no action taken against Mr Scott.

E60  Mr Mark Ross of Borras Park Albion FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the match referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Ross will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing at the beginning of the 2011-2012 season, and with a fine of £20.00.

E61  Mr Lee Schoffield Manager of Borras Park Albion Res. Was charged with not supplying his name to the referee, and secondly bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Mr Schoffield will serve a three (3) match touchline suspension commencing at the beginning of the 2011-2012 season, and be fined £20.00.

E73  Mr Harri Wilcock of Buckley Town Junior FC was charged with violent conduct after the completion of the NEWFA U16 Final.  The case was proven.  Mr Wilcock will be suspended for 3 Matches commencing at the beginning of the season 2011-2012.

E74  Mr Nidian Jones of Ruthin Town Youth FC was charged with violent conduct after the completion of the NEWFA U16 Final.  This case was not proven with no action taken against Mr Jones.

Williams Jones of Ruthin Town FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using insulting language to the Match Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Jones will be suspended for one (1) match commencing the first game of the season 2011-2012.  He will be fined £10.00

Ruthin Town FC were charged with a supporter using abusive language to the Match Referee.  The case was proven.  Ruthin Town FC will be fined £25.00.  Ruthin Town given a warning about the behaviour of their supporters.
