Disciplinary Commission held on 4th January 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Ryland Roberts Manager Acrefair Reserves - £50.00 Fine, no order for costs. A touchline suspension for two matches commencing on Saturday 23rd January, 2010.

2. Sean Coldrick of Buckley Utd - Two Match Suspension to be completed after his current suspension.  A fine of £30.00 with no order for costs.



Latest Disciplinary Commission held on 10th March 2010
decided on the following:-

1.    Owen McGrath of Garden Village Youth FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute, was proven and will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Saturday 27th March, 2010. He will be fined £20.00.

2.     David Williams of Acton Park FC charged with playing whilst serving a suspension with NEWFA, was proven and will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Sunday 28th March, 2010.  He will be fined £50.00.

3.    Kevin Garland of Saltney Ferry FC to have his previous suspension rescinded and he will be suspended for three (3) matches commencing on Monday 22nd March, 2010.  The Commission decided that he could make a formal written request to transfer his suspension to Ruthin Town 1st X1.

4.    Llanuwchllyn FC charged with failure of a club supporter to refrain from violent conduct will be fined £50.00.

Disciplinary Commission held on 18th February 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Daniel Warburton of Communities First FC - Charged with Assault - Case proved - Fifty six (56) day suspension  commencing on Saturday 6th March 2010 until 1st May 2010. He was also fined £50.00 Fine, plus costs.

2. Daniel Warburton of Communities First FC - Charged with Violent Conduct after being sent off - Case proved - Three (3) match suspension  commencing on 1st May 2010. He was also ordered to pay costs.

3. Communities First FC - Charged with causing the abandonment of Horace Wynne Cup tie Coedpoeth United v Communities First - Case proved - Communities First are dismissed from the Horace Wynne Cup Competition for 2009/2010. They were also ordered to pay costs.


Latest Disciplinary Commission held on 15th April 2010
decided on the following:-

1.     Ben Jones of Halfway Inn FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute. Case dismissed.

2.    Llangollen Youth FC charged with failing to control a Club supporter from offensive, insulting or abusive language. Case proven. Llangollen YFC warned about their future conduct.

3.    Thomas Mayers of Llangollen Youth FC charged with offensive, insulting or abusive language. Case proven. Mr Mayers will serve  a two (2) match suspension commencing on 27th April. He was also warned about his future conduct.

4.    Jordon Cartwright of Marchwiel Villa FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by playing whilst serving a suspension from NEWFA. Case proven. He will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on 27th April. He was also fined £20.

5. Mr Morgan of The Four Dogs FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by giving a false name to the Referee when cautioned. Case proven. He will serve a  two (2) match suspension commencing on 27th April. He was also fined £30.

6. Mr. Danny Jones of Blue Bell Hawarden FC was charged with assault on the Referee. The case was proven. He will serve a 56-day suspension commencing on Tuesday 27th April 2010. He was also fined £50 plus costs.

7. Mr. Keiran Derbyshire of White Bear Mancot FC was charged with playing whilst serving a suspension imposed by NEWFA. The case was proven. Mr. Derbyshire will serve a six (6) month suspension commencing when he pays his outstanding fines to NEWFA.

8. Mr. Ben Tudor of Brickfield Rangers YFC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting or abusive language towards the Match Referee. The case was proven. Mr. Tudor will serve a two (2) match suspension commencing on Tuesday 27th April 2010.

9. Garden Village YFC were charged with failure to prevent a Club's supporter from using offensive, insulting or abusive language. The case was proven. Garden Village YFC were fined £50.

10. Saltney Ferry FC were charged with bringing the game into disrepute by not informing one of their players of his suspension and signing his name without his knowledge. The Secretary of Saltney Ferry FC to be warned about her future conduct.

11. Ewloe Harriers JFC charged with failure to control a Club Official, namely their Under 13's Manager from abusive and provocative behaviour. Ewloe JFC were fined £50.

Disciplinary Commission held on 5th May 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Mr Ben Lloyd of Llangollen Town FC charged with bringing the game into  disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to Referee.  The case was  proven.  Mr Lloyd will serve a two(2) match suspension commencing on Thursday 20th May, 2010He will be fined £20.00.

2.  Mr Mike Green of Brickfield Rangers FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting language to Referee.  Case was proven.  Mr Green to be warned about his future conduct. Mr Green to be fined £10.00

3. Queens Head Bradley FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by failure of a spectator to refrain from violence.  A second charge of club officials entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee.  Two cases were proven.
Queens Head Bradley FC to be warned about their future conduct and they are to control and talk to the spectator, and they must conform to the Rules and Regulations of NEWFA.

4. Mr Steven Jones of Penycae FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting language to Referee.  A second charge of Assault.  Mr Jones was guilty of bringing the game into disrepute but the assault charge was not proven.  Mr Jones will serve a two(2) match suspension commencing on Thursday 20th May, 2010.  Fined £20.00.

5. Mr Dan Massey of Rhosddu Utd YFC charged with using offensive insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case was proven. Mr Massey to be warned about his future conduct.

6. Mr Richard Walker of Borras Park Albion YFC charged with alleged assault on the Referee and entering the field of play without permission of the Referee.  Both cases were proven.  Mr Walker will serve a touchline suspension commencing on 1st September, 2010 for a period of 112 days.  Fined a total of £120.00.


Disciplinary Commission held on 26th May 2010
decided on the following:-

1. Hawkesbury Villa Football Club charged with failure to conduct a supporter from abusive and provocative behaviour.  Case was proven.  Hawkesbury Villa FC will be fined £60.00.

2. Mr Steve Jones of Borras Park Albion FC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive , insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case was not proven.

3. Mr Shaun Billington of Borras Park Rangers YFC charged with entering the field of play without the permission of the Referee and using violent conduct to an opposition player.  Violent Conduct case was not proven.  Guilty of entering the field of play, Mr Bilington will serve a touchline ban for 1 month commencing 1st September, 2010, but this is suspended until 1st January, 2011.

4. Mr Deekon Jones of Ruabon Rangers YFC charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Referee was proven.  Mr Deekon Jones will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing at the start of the Season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £20.00

5. Mr Huw Roberts of Llanuwchllyn FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive, insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  The case was proven.  Mr Roberts will serve a touchline suspension for two (2) matches commencing at the start of the Season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £40.00.

6. Mr Daniel Warburton of Communities First FC was charged with being the Manager of the Team on Tuesday 21st April v Johnstown Youth, whilst serving a suspension imposed by NEWFA.  Mr Warburton of Communities First FC will be suspended until he appears in front of a Commission.

7. Communities First FC will be suspended until such time they appear in front of a Commission due to the  amount of points accumulated in the Division 1 Fair Play League.  Communties First FC will be fined £15.00 for not answering correspondence.


Disciplinary Commission held on 1st June 2010
decided on the following:-

Hawarden Rangers Junior FC charged with failure to conduct their supporters from abusive and provocative behaviour.  Second charge of bringing the game into disrepute by a club's official entereing the field of play without permission of the Referee.  Charge 1 was proven, the second charge was  not proven.  Hawarden Rangers JFC will be fined £50.00 which will be suspended until  the 1st January, 2011.

Keiran Derbyshire of Ewloe Junior FC was charged with assault on the match referee.  Second charge of participating in football whilst serving a suspension with the NEWFA.  Both cases were proven.  Mr Derbyshire will be suspended for six (6) months to be completed after the first six (6) months are served.  Mr Derbyshire then will serve a two (2) match suspension.  Mr Derbyshire will be fined £80.00.

Mr Daniel Lancashire of Communities First FC was charged with playing under suspension imposed by NEWFA.  Case was proven.  Mr Lancashire will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the first match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £50.00.

Mr Nathan Edwards of Communities First FC was charged with playing under suspension imposed by NEWFA.  Case was proven.  Mr Edwards will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the 1st match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £50.00.

Mr Adam Roberts of Communities First FC was charged with playing under suspension imposed by NEWFA.  Case was proven.  Mr Roberts will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the 1st match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £50.00.

Mr Lee Butterworth of Saltney Ferry FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case was proven.   Mr Butterworth will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the 1st match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £40.00.

Mr Paul Davies of Saltney Ferry FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case was proven.  Mr Davies will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the first match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £40.00.

Mr Nick Ashford of Saltney Ferry FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive insulting and abusive language to the Referee.  Case was proven.  Mr Ashford will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the first match of the season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £40.00.

Mr Paul Edwards of Overton Recreational FC was charged with bringing the game into disrepute by using offensive insulting language to the Referee.  Case was proven.  Mr Edwards will be suspended for two (2) matches commencing on the 1st match of the Season 2010-2011.  He will be fined £20.00.


Disciplinary Commission held on 21st June 2010
decided on the following:-

1.    Mr Philip Bathers of FC Cefn was charged with bringing the game into disrepute.  The case was proven
Mr Philip Bathers to be warned about his future conduct.  Plus an order for costs.

2.     New Brighton Football Club were charged with failure of a club official by using provocative behaviour to the Referee after the conclusion of a match. The case was proven.
New Brighton Football Club also charged with failure of players from using abusive and obscene language to the Referee after the conclusion of a match.  the charge of failure of players from using abusive and obscene language was not proven
New Brighton FC to be warned about their future conduct, plus an order for costs.
